More than 1000 employees of SADID provide requirement definition and design at the system, subsystem and component level. Supporting these activities is modeling and simulation, system effectiveness and operational analysis, radar systems design, algorithm development, tracking and discrimination. Job Description: The Missile Defense Radars Department in the System Architecture Design and Integration Directorate (SADID) is a Cost Center with a charter to provide ballistic missile defense radars to meet IDS Missile Defense Business Area needs. Activities in MDR include flight test support and analysis, radar algorithm development, requirements development and radar integration and test support. The Department, based in the Missile Defense Center in Woburn, MA, is in need of a Systems Engineer to support performance analysis on radar systems. Tasks could include: target analysis on new threats using existing and newly developed simulations and simulation analysis tools and the support resolution of Deficiency Report and/or Trouble Report issues. Basic Qualifications: - 4 years of Science or Engineering work related experience - Knowledge of complex radar systems - Matlab Analysis / Tool Development Experience - Basic Required Education (including Major): B.S.
