Planner - JOPES

MTC Technologies, Inc. MTC Technologies is pleased to announce the openings for Planners skilled with JOPES to join our team of planners to support our operations at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.Duties: Provide planning, coordination and execution support and assistance to an Army Service Component Command in the conduct of military operations. Assist the command in maintaining situation awareness over the process of planning and executing a number of operations as well as decision support regarding the scope, content and participants. Utilizes (Joint Operations Planning and Execution System) JOPES to assist in monitoring, planning, and execute mobilization, deployment, employment, and sustainment activities to meet rotation of units and ensure mission requirement in support of joint operations. Former Army senior officer (Field Grade) or senior NCO with extensive experience (3 years or more) on staffs at Corps level or above Bachelors Degree (or higher) is desired; Associates Degree (or higher) is required. Knowledgeable of, comfortable with and effective in the context of the Military Decision Making Process and Staff Coordination processes on a high level military staff. Experienced with JOPES and associated modules is a must as well as planning and execution in large military organizations. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
