7:00am - 4:00pm

Must be eligible to obtain DoD Security Clearance and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

 Assists Planning Supervisor and/or Planners with month-end reports and other projects.Files department documents such as stock transaction forms, shippers and engineering order incorporation records.  Removes and archives older documents as directed.Responsible for tracking of material as assigned by Planning Supervisor and/or Planners.Delivers shippers along with accompanying outgoing materials to shipping area for outside process.Reviews and prepares paperwork for outside packaging.Performs other tasks as assigned by the Planning SupervisorAssist Mfg. Personnel with finished goods crate loading and shipment staging.Provide general logistics support to manufacturing floor (e.g. processing material requisitions, sub-assembly paperwork closure, material relocation, etc.).

 

 

 EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or general education degree.Minimum 1 year related experience and / or training.

 

 EXPERIENCE

 1+ years experience in a material and production planning and manufacturing/assembly environment.  Experience tracking, verifying due dates and moving material from receiving to inspection and stockroom as assigned by Planners. Knowledge with preparing shipping documents and stages orders for outside process.  Experience with various projects ranging from inventory analysis to receiving repairs.
