Job Functions/Work Summary
Experience in aviation or other high rate, heavily regulated
manufacturing industry preferred. Candidate must have extensive
management, leadership, problem solving, and knowledge of
hight rate production requirements. This position will schedule, manage
and communicate daily plant production, manage manpower needs and
maintain safety guidelines in addition to
providing supervision and leadership to a multi-disciplinary Team to
maximize production and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be data
driven with a stong sense of urgency and
flexibility to adjust to changing demands. This position also serves as
a direct representative to Federal Aviation Administration officials for
all matters leading up to the deliverance of the
Standard Airworthiness Certificate 8100-2.
