Pricing Analyst 3 Immediate opening for a Pricing Lead with experience in developing Federal Government, DoD or State and Local Government cost proposals for an Engineering Services and Mission Operations company. 6+ years experience serving as a lead Pricing Analyst, designing cost tables and pricing templates for a U.S. federal government/DoD services contractor. Capability to lead a complex pricing effort, with strong hands-on knowledge of Excel, with a successful track record producing winning cost volumes under a variety of contractual terms. Required to stand-up the pricing function within the PMO, e.g. developing/implementing a rapid response pricing process, adapting processes/practices/procedures to support the IDIQ model, lead a cross-functional team in identifying and recommending tools required to support the model. Working knowledge of FAR/CAS, DFAR and related government contracting and procurement regulations. Expertise in leading the pricing response to Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Level of Effort and Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) RFP's. Working closely with, Proposal Manager, Business Development, Technical/ Engineering/ Operations and Procurement personnel to develop compliant cost/price strategies, cost/ price proposals/ volumes in response to U.S. federal government GWAC, IDIQ, BPA, GSA, RFPs/RFQs and potentially state and local government solicitations.Accountable for the development, production, overall accuracy, completeness and compliance of the cost/price proposal/volume. Working knowledge of applicable government contracting and procurement regulations.Interfacing with senior management, peer staff, clients and/or subcontractors (and all other relevant internal and external entities), to be responsive to elements addressed within the price/cost proposal/volume during both the pre and post contract award. Basic Qualifications:MBA and 6 years related experience with 4 years of direct government pricing experience or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and 8 years related experience with 4 years of direct government pricing experience. MBA preferred. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail. Additional Qualifications:Absolute IDIQ focus, “Cradle to Grave” financial support, not just pricing.
