JOB SUMMARYContributes to project management through complex analysis of schedules and budgets using earned value and performance-based cost analyses. Acts as the interface between program management, scheduling and finance.RESPONSIBILITIES % of TimeEstablish and maintain cost and schedule baselines and forecasts that meet the program and company requirements. This shall employ company EVMS practices, and shall be integrated with the program SOW and other program planning documents. Perform variance analysis for explaining and interpreting impact of results against quarterly and yearly plan/forecast. 60%Assist CAMs in earned value implementation to include organizing the work, developing cost and schedule baselines, updating forecasts, perform monthly analysis, and management of scope change control. 25%Supports program reviews. Lead the effort in preparing for and participating in management reviews and follow-up Interacts with all levels of the organization Required Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS in Business engineering, Finance or equivalent experience is requiredMinimum of seven years of related experience is required. No supervisory experience required.Knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows is required. Experience with MPM, Costpoint, WinSight beneficial.Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in program management techniques including EVMS, EAC, cost/schedule processesPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated proficiency in analysis of schedule critical path, cost performance reports, identification of inconsistencies, impact to program, and implementation of corrective actions plans.Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness to support fast-changing program requirementsAbility to direct program scheduling functionExcellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills with history of interfacing effectively with all levels of management.Must have EVMS experience.
