Principal Administrator / Senior Analyst (Executive Officer)
Position is located in Vienna, VA OVERVIEW: Intelligence Community Technology Management (ICTM) Executive Officer (XO) will work as the tasking officer within the ICTM team. The ICTM XO must quickly develop a broad understanding of the programs and initiatives of ICTM and its leadership, and must be able to set priorities in work assignments. The ICTM XO must project a professional demeanor, utilizing oral and written communication skills of the highest quality. Interpersonal skills are extremely important as this position requires working with a senior professional staff, high-level government leadership within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and mid- to high-level government leadership within the Intelligence Community (IC) agencies. The ICTM XO must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to take the initiative on tasks supporting the ICTM leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities of the Principal Administrator - Senior Analyst (Executive Officer) are as follows: - Manage the distribution of, status of, and response to the tasks assigned to ICTM within the DNI Chief Information Officer’s (CIO’s) action tracking system - Review, coordinate, and prepare the final response to all ICTM assigned tasking - Prepare a daily status report of tasks assigned to ICTM within the action tracking system - Attend the ICTM director’s morning stand-up meeting and brief the director on the status of tasks assigned - Host the morning teleconference to review tasking with the representatives from the various division’s within ICTM - Coordinate tasking and activities with other ODNI CIO components/teams, as necessary - Coordinate tasking and activities with the ODNI CIO Front Office, as necessary - Work under tight deadlines to deliver and close out ICTM tasking - Review, prior to distribution, all ICTM formal written correspondence on behalf of Deputy Associate Director of National Intelligence (DADNI)/ICTM - Manage the preparation of ICTM’s input to the DNI CIO’s weekly accomplishment report - Support current ICTM processes and activities - Serve as an ODNI CIO representative at IC-wide meetings, as necessary - Perform other related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications - Required Experience, Skills: - BA/BS degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, plus 6 or more years of applicable work experience - At least 10 years work experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) as a technical contributor, action officer, and/or executive officer - Ability to occasionally travel locally (within the Washington DC Metropolitan area) using Personal vehicle. Travel will be reimbursed at the local mileage rate. - Minimum 3 years experience preparing executive level reports and briefing a senior professional staff and high-ranking government leadership - Possess strong organizational skills and can readily apply these skills in a dynamic environment - US Citizenship - Must have a current and active Top Secret SCI security clearance with CI polygraph Desired Experience, Skills, Knowledge: - Ability to work comfortably in a multi-vendor, high-energy environment - Prior experience performing as an XO or military staff experience - Experience writing to deadlines Company & Benefit Information: Raytheon Company, with 2007 sales of $21.3 billion, is a technology leader specializing in defense, homeland security, and other government markets throughout the world.
