Principal Cost Schedule & Ctl Analyst

FNC Finance position to coordinate proposal inputs using PC Pricing Tool to ensure accurate proposals are prepared, presented and delivered to the customer. The individual will be responsible for monitoring, preparation and support of cost proposals for Technical Instructions and Technical Requests in the Future Naval Capabilities Business Area. In this capacity, the individual will work closely with various Integrated Business Teams’ (IBT) Program Management Offices, Manufacturing Work Centers and IDS Cross Business Teams to ensure that the proper scope and pricing ground rules are established and followed. The individual will prepare costing data for various proposals, and in doing so, will research and analyze historical data and ensure that current actual data is used in preparation of proposals and are supportable during negotiations. The individual’s responsibility will also include the preparation & review of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Cost Volume submittals and the preparation of Management Review packages consistent with the IDS guidelines. The individual will participate in cost and pricing reviews, Gate 4 Meetings, audits with DCAA / DCMA, and negotiations with the Customer, as required. Position also includes support to coordinating EVMS activities within MPM and preparation of the CFSR on a quarterly basis.
