Principal Engineer / Program Manager - Radar and Electronic Systems

A principal engineer and program manager is sought with MSEE or PhD and 5-10 years experience in radar and electronic systems. A dynamic, highly motivated individual is sought who can generate new business and manage DoD-funded technical projects involving RF/microwave radar and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a demonstrated track record in defense-related research and development, proficient in managing project deliverables, schedules, budgets and technical staff. Specifically, we are looking for an individual who can help extend Applied Radar’s existing customer base, capability, and product line in the areas of phased-array antenna systems, conformal antennas, high-speed digital processing, RADAR, communications, and EW systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge and skill, industrial contacts, ability to work in a team environment and prior track record in DoD-funded research and development are all critical for this position. Positions available in North Kingstown, RI, Burlington, MA and Los Angeles, CA. US Citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance required.
