Job Description: The Principal Financial Analyst position for the F-15 AESA programs is responsible for program and financial related activities. This position is responsible for ensuring all company policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements for program activity are met. This includes, but is not limited to: IPDS, Best Practices, EAC, Gates, Customer Requirements, Watch and Risk Program Requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring weekly EVMS and integrated IMP/IMS are implemented on the program and is used to manage the program, not just report the program. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring EAC's are robust and occur on schedule. It is critical that all Finance related activities are pre-reviewed by this position to ensure management review time is efficient. This position will be responsible for ensuring lessons learned are shared, common processes are used, automation is maximized and consistency in reporting is implemented across the programs. Maximization of SAP and BPS reporting efficiencies are incorporated into processes. This position will be responsible for ensuring all sales forecasts are built up by element, and aligned with EAC's and the appropriate needs are communicated to the process owners. This position is also responsible for on-going customer proposal activities. This position will be responsible for shaping business deals, ensuring successful negotiations are held that maximize our financial position occur and customer focused proposals are delivered on time. Basic Qualificatioins: - Practical experience in providing financial support for contracts utilizing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) - Excellent desktop computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office ¨C Word, Excel & PowerPoint - The ability to interface with multiple disciplines and varying levels of management - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - The ability to obtain a Security Clearance Desired Skills: - Knowledge of Raytheon systems (SAP/R3, BW, EAC and EVMS tools - Existing Secret Security Clearance Required Education (including Major): Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Administration or other related discipline. Would consider related work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
