Principal Program Planner IMP/IMS
This position will provide planning/scheduling support for capture/proposal efforts, including facilitating/leading the development of the Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) by interfacing with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Control Account Managers (CAM's), Program Management, Business Operations personnel, Teammates, Subcontractors, and other program planners. Additonal responsibilities may include supporting new program start-up including developing/implementing planning processes and procedures for baseline implementation and control, as well as reporting program performance, status, metrics, and analysis. Occasional travel may be required to support independent program reviews/assessments for other Raytheon product lines or business areas. This individual may also be assigned to existing programs to provide additional planning support required to update/maintain the program IMP/IMS, reporting and assisting in problem resolution of schedule issues to management, ensuring integration and consistency between cost and schedule baselines, providing weekly status to program management, and performing risk and critical path analysis. Required Skills: Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Technical related field with 8+ years experience in Planning/Scheduling positions. Extensive experience with IMP/IMS development. In depth knowledge of capture/proposal process and contractual significance of IMP and of IMS. Must be able to perform Critical path and Risk analysis. Extensive experience with cost/schedule integration and Earned Value Management. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project. MUST BE A US CITIZENSHIP WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE. Desired Skills: Project Management Certification a plus. Education Requirement: Bachelors' degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Technical related field.
