Principal Supply Chain Specialist Job Description Manage multi-million dollar subcontracts as a member of the Program Management Team. Responsible for preparation of Requests for Quotation, performance of cost/price analyses, negotiation and preparation of complete Purchase Order packages. Responsible for Supplier performance and tracking using EVMS. Work within an Integrated Product Team Structure with close interaction with the Program Office and technical disciplines. Basic Qualifications · 6 plus years experience required in supply chain/program management · T horough knowledge and experience with Government regulations and Public Laws as they pertain to procurements. · Experience in performing cost analyses and negotiation of major subcontracts. · Technical background with experience managing complex software/hardware development. · Bachelors Degree (technical preferred); business or finance acceptable.
