The Intelligence Community Technology Governance (ICTG) Certification & Accreditation Transformation Specialist will work as part of the Director of National Intelligence Chief Information Officer (DNI CIO) Certification & Accreditation (C&A) Transformation Effort. The individual that fills this position will be an integral part of the C&A transformation effort team, providing critical support to this high-profile Intelligence Community (IC) & Department of Defense (DOD) initiative being led by the DNI. The successful candidate must have documented hands-on experience with US Government Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures. This background and experience MUST be in one or more of the following focus areas: DCID 6/3, DITSCAP/DIACAP, NIACAP, and/or NIST Special Publication Series, with exposure to and experience with the NIST Risk Management Framework being highly desired. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to take the initiative on tasks supporting the IC Certification and Accreditation efforts. The successful candidate must be willing and capable of interacting with and briefing senior US Government Officials. RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities for the Principal Computer Systems Security Technologist - ICTG Certification & Accreditation Transformation Specialist include: - Performing analysis of Information Security / Assurance Policy, Directives, and Instructions - Analyzing comments and providing feedback related to policies & procedures that are part of the C&A Transformation Effort - Developing Information Security / Assurance Policy, Directives, and Instructions - Participating in and/or leading inter-agency working groups supporting the C&A Transformation Effort - Providing briefing support at conferences, working groups, training events, and forums - Performing other related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications - Required Experience, Skills: - B.S. degree in Information Assurance, Information Systems Management or Computer Science, or a combination of "significant" work experience in the areas detailed in the Overview & Responsibilities sections with a degree in another Information Technology or Engineering field along with 8 years of experience. - Minimum 6 years experience performing analysis of Information Security / Assurance Policy, Directives, and Instructions - Minimum 6 years experience participating in and/or leading working groups supporting the C&A Transformation Effort - Ability to travel to multiple IC locations around the DC metro area on a regular basis. Travel is reimbursable. - Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write at the executive level - Possess a proven ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and fluid priorities - US Citizenship is required - Must have a current and active Top Secret SCI with CI polygraph.
