Pro/E Design Engineer

We have the need to add several employees to our CAD Engineering team at our Utah office.

We have openings for experienced Aerospace Design Engineers with PRO/E skills for long-term assignments.

Job Summary: You will prepare design and detail drawings of parts, assemblies, and schematics to meet engineering requirements and customer specifications by performing the required duties:

Job Duties:Create and/or convert models according to project needs and requirements using PRO/E.  Check drawings including update red-line corrections and create revision level drawings; generate and track part numbers and revisions; check newly reacted work for quality assurance. Maintain accurate records of project progress to ensure timely delivery. Work with customer engineering team to ensure projects are executed according to their specifications. Process information requsts. Complete other dutues as assigned.

Skills/Experience/Education4+ years related experience with CAD drafting, specifically Pro/E.Degree preferred.Prior experience in aerospace with preference given to candidates with satelite experience.Understanding of manufacturing processesUnderstanding of product development procedures.Ability to understand customer requirements and how to translate them into technical documents.Experience working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
