Process Manufacturing Engineer

The Company:A leader in the manufacture of large, medium, and small-caliber munitions, mortar weapons and systems.  The Position: Provide direct product line technical support for chemical processes, including the Solid Propellant business and incendiary mixing.  Evaluate material requirements and inventory for efficient use in final products.  Identify cost savings improvement concepts and be able to manage change through completion.  Manage personnel in accordance with SOP’s, regulations, & code of business conduct.  Must embrace change and be a force in the continuous improvement process.   The Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering - Minimum 5 years experience in a dynamic production environment required.  - Experience in chemical processing with focus on energetic operations MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
