Product Line Scheduler

SUMMARY

Performs nontechnical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Pull in Requests (AOG, lost parts, damaged parts).

 

2. Work with Program Supply Chain Specialists and Operations to verify all PO's and WO's are scheduled to meet customer required dares.

 

3. Work/coordinate issues with parts in CDMA (rework in house, ECD, use as is, dispo, etc.).

 

4. Change Log analysis.

 

5. IPO analysis New SS verifying P/N are in M2K and dates are aligning to SLT.

 

  6. Participating in PM meetings and War Room for all parts not meeting up with expected deliveries.

 

7. Coordinating reverse MTO's for 1st article, EO's, reworks, excess inventory, L/I that belong in WO kit.



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
