Production Manager-Government Opportunity!!

Location: Alexandria, VA 22315 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Pay Rate: Depending on Experience Reference Code: 1001046767 Job Description: Acts a Production Manager and responsible for the day-to-day workflow and production operations within the declassification facility.  Must be knowledgeable of requirements of EO 12958, as amended and standard operation of the Army declassification operation.  Primary interface with customer.  Ensures compliance with existing policies and regulations.  Develops recommendations for production goals and processes. Assigns work to staff.  Maintains accountability of contractor personnel.  Maintains accountability of work in process.  Ensures training requirements are satisfied.  Manages logistics requirements. Oversees reconciliation records and provides reports and briefings as required.  Participates in studies and meetings.  Coordinates security program with the customer security officer.  Performs duties of Project Manager when Project Manager is not present.Required Skills:  A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years of managerial experience, at least 3 of which must be in declassification or related security/records management operations.  Effective verbal and writing skills are required.  Must possess excellent problem solving skills.  Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance is required.  Must have good customer interaction skills and ability to provide explanation and clarification of Army policies and procedures pertaining to declassification issues.
