Job Description: · Assist in the development and maintenance program integrated master schedules · Measure progress · Analyze data and provide variance analysis · Ensure integration of cost and schedule · Respond to programmatic issues relating to schedule Required Skills: · Knowledge of Microsoft Project · Must have a basic understanding of project scheduling principles such as: critical path, float, and schedule networks · Must be detail-oriented and have good follow-through · Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills · Able to work both independently and as part of an integrated, multi-disciplined team · Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and ongoing multiple projects Desired Skills: · Experience with aerospace or defense industries desired, but not required · MS Project certification and PMI certification highly desired Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
