If so, check out this significant career opportunity.Use your program management skills to provide expertise in the execution of aftermarket support for communications and networking systems, and a wide range of service programs through all program phases. Under the general supervision of the Program Director or Senior Program Manager, you will manage and direct smaller programs or segments of very large programs which require the formulation and implementation of complete and coherent program plans and coordination with involved departments and the customer. Programs range from concept stage, to launch, to maturity and close-out. Our Program Management team works in a highly people-oriented setting, having fun at the same time as getting the job done. Equivalent Education Level, Experience and Knowledge Requirements:* BS in Engineering or other related fields (Masters Degree a plus).* 8-10 years technical experience with at least three to five years of direct program management experience. * Considerable knowledge of program planning and control methods and procedures. * Experience in a defense electronic systems manufacturing environment is preferred.
