Program Manager/ILS

This is a temporary position with an indefinite period of performance. Job Description: This key position will provide Program Management for ILS/Product Support Programs for complex systems, primarily Command and Control and Sensor Systems. As a part of the management team, you will be involved with complex teaming and business relationships with the lead Raytheon divisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules; defining tasks and tracking technical and programmatic performance of assigned projects within cost limitations in accordance with the Raytheon Integrated Product Development Process; tracking spending; developing monthly and other reports; defining and planning tasks; coordinating with all Raytheon functional areas in support of the program. You will support and lead proposal preparation with estimation of product/service costs and offerings. Apply IMP/IMS to establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plan and schedule. Apply EVMS, metrics, and reports in order to accurately measure progress. You will have the opportunity to attend/brief Monthly/Quarterly Program Reviews and present to RTSC and other business’s upper management. You will act as primary customer contact on status and performance and anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. Actively works toward contintued growth of program(s)/business. Embraces and advocates Mission Support. Required Skills: You have at least 8 years experience related to Integrated Logistics Services (ILS), Command and Control Systems, and/or sensor systems in an aerospace or military environment. You have at least 3 years experience as a project lead or as a program manager. You show strong leadership through your demonstrated coordination, organization, detail oriented, teaming and communication abilities. You have demonstrated an ability to get things done, beyond the expectations of the position. You have excellent oral and written communications skills, team building and team leadership experience. You have good people and customer interface skills. You are able to influence development of project objectives and goals. You are able to use Program Management tools to oversee, manage and provide metrics to deliver on-time and within budget. You have demonstrated competence with MS Office tools. Desired Skills: Strong logistics experience and large project experience a plus. Experience in developing proposals. Strongly desire experience using EVMS. Certified Professional Logistician (CPL). Education: BS Engineering, Business or related technical field desired.
