JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead a contract team supporting SMDC/ARSTRAT G6 and other organizations in areas of C4ISR, Space, Missile Defense, and Transformational Communications. Responsible for overall contract performance, schedule, and budget. Monitor and report on progress and accomplishments on awarded task orders. Lead the development of program plans, goals, and objectives and track progress. Formulate and enforce contract standards and policies to ensure professional and efficient accomplishment of the task. Coordinate with teammates and Government managers to ensure responsive performance. Manage budgets, production, and schedule compliance. Identify follow-on business opportunities within assigned programs and support new business development.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years program management experience
• 5 years experience as the designated PM in a large IDIQ contract with multiple subcontractors.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• A technical degree and/or experience in C4ISR, Space or Missile Defense contract SETA or A&AS service are a plus.
• Familiarity with Transformational Communications programs and concepts.
• Familiarity with Army contracting procedures, clearance processing, budget development and monitoring, and supervising teams with multi-companies membership.
• Former government service as a PM either on active duty or civil service desirable. Army client experience a plus.
• G6 programs of interest and/or Army Missile Defense programs.

US Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance are required for the position.
