Skilled at executing complex ICM tasks- Demonstrate proficient functional knowledge of the DoD ICM/Data Management discipline and ability to plan and lead individuals (data review committee), in order to successfully execute/coordinate quality compliant and consistently timely contract data requirements.Orchestrates ICM activities in support of successful project execution. Assures that SDRL schedules and receipts are consistent with CDRL integration and program milestones. Key responsibility/focus requires individual to develop and maintain complex program/vendor schedules. Gather data from a variety of sources (including multiple subcontrators) and through the use of excel macros and formulae analyze the data to identify such things as data call notifications, failure trends and program/divisional on-time metrics. Spreadsheets will be used to generate pie charts and other visual aids that can be exported to Power Point for presentation and discussion at monthly program reviews and Division level reviews, as required. Mentors less senior ICM personnel.Supports/contributes to proposals- Performs RFP contract data requirements analyses, create associated write-ups/DMP generation and develop BOE/ODC estimates. Address IFNs, customer actions.Process data in strict compliance w/ DoD/QMS standards- Per Document Control & Records Management Processes apply DMM controls, maintain CDRL/SDRL metadata in the Master Data List, forecast/report on-time delivery status/metrics of Program CDRLs/SDRLs.Proficient knowledge/expertise processing classified contract data and source data requirements- In concert with CND's Security processes, CMCC office/program security officer guidelines and program direction provided by Acquisition Management. Leads continuous process improvement efforts- In conjunction with ISO 9001 processes and the DMM, perform strict 100% DMQA compliance controls on every outgoing data product.Frequent interaction with project principals- Establish/facilitate Data Review Committees, Support Peer reviews, resolve corrective actions, contribute product status reports, address CDRL comments from customer or DCMO.Defines architecture of DM tools to be used by project- Implement C4’s Data Management’s document control tools and systems (e.g. PDM, Forms 9.0, Tracker, Livelink, FTP, Propricer, etc. and PLM/Teamcenter initiative planned in '08).Participates in development of ICM strategies on project. Effectively accomplish program goals IAW assigned budget and EVMS planning/reporting. Perform Cost Account/Task Manager role as required.Seeks solutions that benefit team objectives- Apply knowledge base of ISO 9001 processes and QMS operating standards in order to achieve timely (>99%) contract data deliveries IAW customer requirements and CND President's goals/metrics.4-year degree0 to 2 years demonstrated results, or equivalent experience.
