Description of Work: Engineering Services Family (G,F)SPIP PEM Process and CommunicationsEnsure SPIP communications within PEM, SHC, ED&D, GDLS and the customer are occurring as needed. This includes: - Developing the communications plan - Ensure the communications plan is being executed appropriately - Identifying and assisting in the resolution of communication problems - Arranging SPIP meetings, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items - Ensure the SPIP IDE is set-up properly, is maintained with the latest documents, and is accessible by the appropriate people.Assist in the generation and communication of the project plan and the update of the SEP to include: - Tailored processes - Training of these documents to the SPIP teamSet-up and execute a department training plan based on the IPS roles and responsibilities versus each individuals skill levels. Job Requirements: - Strong coordination, organization and communication abilities along with horizontal integration skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a team environment or independently. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with management. - Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) user skills. - Must be able to obtain a US secret clearance if needed.
