Education: Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university in Business or a related discipline. Experience: 8 – 10 years related work experience including at least 5 years of experience in proposal management and oversight. Experience with complex proposal development management Specialized knowledge: · Extensive knowledge, experience and familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and related federal legislation and regulation. Skills:· Demonstrated Federal Government proposal management skills.· Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.· Outstanding written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.· Outstanding editing and grammatical skills.· Ability to propose and make changes to a proposal that will strengthen its delivery, readability and acceptance.· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines on different proposal, projects and activities.· Ability to write boiler plate and develop templates that will both speed and make more efficient the proposal development process.· Ability to translate/interpret technical solutions in a manner that communicate effective in the proposal.TBD - ADVISORY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This position is with CSA LTD., a separate Cayman Islands company.
