The person must be able to transition smoothly between being a task leader and assistant. The individual will work with internal and external program managers, engineers, finance, contracts, and HR to develop technical solutions for Government requirements. Individual may be called upon to brief proposal reviews to the highest levels of MTC leadership. The individual must have advanced skills in writing, researching, interviewing SMEs, briefing, organization and time management. Individual will work in close coordination with other personnel at various geographically separate locations. The individual will utilize their understanding of customer requirements, budgeting processes; experienced in the management of complex acquisition, engineering, and logistics efforts, and expertise in reviewing solicitation documents and developing solutions. Other daily activities may include: monitoring matrics, development of white papers and ROMs; interface with government and contractor personnel; develop compliance matrix. Requirements: Bachelors' degree in business, logistics, or related scientific/technical discipline is required. Must have 4 or more years experience in one or more of the following areas: Aircraft (fixed or rotary wing) Avionics, Modifications, Sustainment or Maintenance Operations; Electronic Warfare Systems; Communications Infrastructure or Transmission Systems; Data Link Networks; Logistics; Technical Order Development/Management; UAV Technology; or Sensor Technology. The experience should be with one or more of the customer bases listed below: DoD Agencies; DHS; FAA; SOF; or Unified Commands. Must have strong interpersonal communications and analytical skills; with the ability to create technical proposals with minimal or no direction. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to grasp, utilize and instruct others on new processes. Use of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel at the advanced level, familiar with Access and Project would each be a significant plusMTC invites candidates with an active security clearance to submit their resume for consideration for this position.
