Purchasing Agent

An FFA repair station currently looking for a Purchasing Agent/Buyer to join our team.

You will be responsible for purchasing required material from approved vendors, negotiation of price and terms. Other duties include:

Updating the Item Master file as needed to maintain correct and current information on suppliers and parts.
 
Tracking open orders for ontime delivery.

Pursuing cost cutting measures and interfacing with internal customers and external vendors.

Assisting with research and resolution of invoice problems.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF APU PARTS BUYING EXPERIENCE

 Microsoft Office and top level inventory management software experience required.
