Purchasing Professional

DavidWayneAssociates provides employment solutions for Philadelphia area professionals.  Our client is an international high tech manufacturer.  Due to a long term employee retiring they have engaged us to identify a replacement purchasing professional.  This is a multi faceted position including purchasing, inventory, customer contact and assisting with receiving.

Responsibilities:

Issue purchase orders based on PO requisition

Assign PO numbers

Enter orders into system and maintain

Post inventory received into correct module

Generate work orders

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years recent purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

Recent small to mid sized company experience

Computer literate including MS Excel

Ability to multi task
