Prospective team member must have a minimum of 5 years aircraft
experience, preferably in the general aviation industry. With detail and
assembly inspection to include dimensional / positional
accuracy within engineering conformity requirements. Experienced with
fastener installation and specification to insure compliance to
engineering work order requirements. Inspection and
testing of parts and assemblies utilizing all associated precision
tools. Experience with ANIS Y14.5 geometric dimensioning & tolerancing
techniques, strong reading and interpretation skills of
engineering, blueprints, reduced dimension drawings, and unigraphics 3D
sold models. Good team communication skills and the ability to
effectively work with all Eclipse team members and
suppliers are essential. Must be able to perform aircraft functional
tests.
