The primary responsibility of the positions is to develop and oversee manufacturing planning and production, and MRP Systems Bills of Materials based on specifications in line with Lean Manufacturing techniques and QA specifications. 

Qualification and Skills:·  Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications;

·  Estimate part cost via material and labor breakdowns;

·  Provide overall Program Management for new and existing products lines;

·  Oder and oversee tooling fabrication for composite part processing;

·  Provide oversight and engineering support for new part First Article Inspections;

·  Evaluate Material Review Board requirements and disposition defective products/materials.Experience / Education:

Associate Degree with an emphasis in science/engineering and two (2) years of experience in an aerospace manufacturer’s Engineering Department, OR Bachelors Degree in Engineering (non-civil).  Working knowledge of DOS/Windows based computer systems and CAD/CAM software.  Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints and specifications.  Ability to work within tightly controlled deadlines and under stressful conditions.  Equal Employment Opportunity.
