RESPONSIBILITIES:
747-8 support, develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Devises plans and implements methods and procedures for First Article Inspection process in accordance with AS-9102 International Standard. Review of Engineering and planning to define First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements at multiple process levels for 747-8. Creation of FAI Plans within MES FAIM system. Shop Floor support for execution of FAIs.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience with Major Aircraft Structures Engineering, Specifications, Fabrication and Assembly processes, as well as a working knowledge of Catia and Coordinate Measurement data reports. Must be Microsoft Office literate, and be able to work in on-line planning modules (MES).

 

EDUCATION:
The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ten years of related experience.

PAY RATE:  $DOE

 

DURATION:  6 months
