Quality Assurance Manager

Maintain the quality system for aftermarket repair, enforcing the requirements of the Corporate Quality Manual and ensuring the system is not compromised. Responsible for management of export compliance process. Comprehensive working knowledge of the ACE (continuous improvement) process and able to drive quality improvements throughout the organization. Manage and maintain ISO certification and manage the audit system. Supervise and oversee the activities of Quality department personnel. Conduct quarterly reviews of the quality systems. Provide technical direction to manufacturing and interface with customer and FAA representatives on quality issues. Develop department strategies consistent with the goals of the orgnization.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or technical field with a minimum of 6 years experience in the aerospace industry. Master's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.

Strong supervisory / managerial background. Must possess strong background in aftermarket repair, manufacturing,and engineering with the ability to structure effective systems supported by well-directed teams.
