Quality Assurance Representative/Tech

Serves as the Quality Management Representative for the contract reporting to the PM who is the overall Quality Manager. Position is responsible for tracking quality across all areas of the contract. Interfaces with the PM, Director for Corporate Quality and local ASRC Aerospace director on quality matters. Supports the PM day-to-day on overall quality performance and execution of the Quality Program Plan. Collects quality statistics on deliverables: accept/reject rates, quality products approaching final publications, and service delivery. Conducts ad hoc surveys for customer satisfaction and reports results to the PM. Produces monthly quality reports per the RFP and supporting materials. Provides quality reports to the PM. Conducts in-process QC and product QA on all deliverables. Establishes corrective measures. Maintains and updates the Quality Program Plan. Ensures all products are readable, error-free, and conform to format requirements. Synchronizes quality efforts with corporate level ISO 9001:2000 QMS and QMP. Conducts customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction. Coordinates with technical staff on content issues in deliverables. Requires degree, certificate, or college-level course work in technical writing, language, English or related disciplines. Requires Certificate in Quality Training, ISO or similar course or participation in a corporate-level program. Must have at least 4 years experience in technical writing and editing Clearance: TS/SCI clearance eligible EOE   www.asrc.com
