Job Summary

 The Quality Assurance Technician will be in direct support of quality assurance management and will require an individual who is a self-starter, motivated and multi-task oriented.

 Responsibilities

Duties will include (but not limited to) receiving inspections, in-process inspections, final inspections, first article inspections and record keeping as necessary to ensure product and process conformity.

 Experience



Candidate shall be experienced with inspections in an aerospace production environment, dimensional inspections of detail parts, components and assemblies.  Must be detail oriented with a good sense of quality.

 Skills



-  Interpretation of blueprints/engineering drawings and CAD drawings

-  Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planning/Tracking software, Adobe, Drawing Viewers

-  Math skills

-  Good communication skills

-  Knowledge of quality system requirements

-  Knowledge of CMM (coordinate measuring machine) operation and prior experience with the supporting software a plus

-  Working knowledge of ISO and AS standards, procedures and audits a plus

 Education/Training:

High School Diploma or GED

Vocational School or Degree preferred but not required based on prior working experience
