Job Functions/Work Summary
Responsible for; validation of product quality and airworthiness,
compliance with the applicable maintenance and inspection program of the
operator, performs in-process, and final
inspection, performs return to service duties for aircraft and aircraft
related products; adherence to all quality control processes and
procedures, functions within the authorizations given
by the repair station (service center), compiles with the processes and
procedures necessary to promote and maintain product quality and
airworthiness, assists the Chief Inspector in
ensuring the repair station maintains its calibrated tooling in
compliance with 145, assists the Chief Inspector in ensuring the
repair station maintains its technical data and has current and
applicable technical data for the articles it maintains, assists the
Chief Inspector in performing compliance audits for internal/ external
operations as needed
