Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance regarding suppliers, equipment, and internal processes Interface with FAA MIDO and FSDO organizations Manage internal, supplier, and customer corrective actions to assure compliance Support customer internal audit activity to include FAA and government Interface with DCMA to resolve any conflicts that may arise Position requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 5-7 years in a world-class manufacturing environment.  Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focus.  The successful candidate will have a results driven attitude and commitment to achieving facility quality objectives.  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as the ability to effectively and persuasively present information to internal and external customers are some of the traits of the successful candidate. We offer a competitive starting salary, a comprehensive flexible benefits program, a matched 401 (k) plan, profit sharing bonus program and retirement income plan.  We also offer a flexible development and results-oriented, team-based environment.  We are an Equal opportunity/AA Employer.  Due to the nature of our business and related federal laws and regulations regarding government sales, US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card) is required.
