Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Process Improvement Analyst for our Roselle, IL, location. Position reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance. This position plays an integral role in supporting company quality objectives by reviewing and auditing technical records that support airworthiness in accordance with the FAA regulations (FAR’s), developing statistical reports and working toward continuous quality improvements. Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Auditing compliance with quality standards for the receiving, shipping, storage, handling, repairs and overhaul of materials. Verifies correct identification of material and documentation, and ensure that all data is properly entered into the computer system.

• Interfaces with Operations and Sales on a daily basis to plan and review findings.

• Creates updates and reviews audit logs to document audit findings in support of the Quarterly Quality Review.

• Creates, maintains and reviews databases which record and support daily activities.

• Independently initiates needed improvement opportunities and coaches staff, supervisors or managers accordingly.

• Develops and maintains a series of statistical methods to monitor processes for trend analysis and improvement.

• Researches deviations in processes and the root causes of discrepancies and nonconformities.

• Administers the Quality Policy Manual; ensures all records are maintained.

Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/equivalent.

A&P license and 1 year experience in Aviation Inspection; or 2 years mechanical experience in the aviation industry and 1 year experience in aviation Inspection

Skillful in using computer systems, statistical methods, documentation systems, maintenance manuals, and FAR’s. ASQ CQE / SPC or equivalent experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Oral and written command of the English language is essential.
