Quality Support Analyst

A leading supplier of interior components & systems for commercial & private airlines in Orange County is in search of a Quality Support Analyst.



The Quality Support Analyst reports directly to the Director of Quality Assurance.  The responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

· Ability to intelligently gather meaningful quality data.

· Create and update quality metric solutions based on gathered data to later analyze it and draw conclusions and actions.

· Prepare monthly reports for upper management.

· Be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with upper management and customers and present information destined to implement solutions.

· The individual must also prepare presentations and coordinate information with people from various divisions.

· The candidate should be a resourceful, problem-solving and pro active individual who is able to multi-task.

· Individual will be accountable for the implementation of solutions concerning various programs.

The job requires an abundance of knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications. Experience with business intelligence software, a general understanding of database structure, ERP Systems and Business Intelligence applications are a plus.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Management. Certification in AQS is a plus.
