Recruiting Coordinator Temp to Hire

CAE is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.  This is a temp-to hire opportunity based near the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial and important role in the recruitment process.  This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

 

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for the following: 

 

·  Resume screening for open positions

·  Maintenance and reconciliation of internal recruiting system

·  Scheduling of applicant interviews for both recruiters and senior managers

·  Pre-employment screening and new-hire processing

·  Generation of offer letter

·  Documentation and tracking for EEOC

·  Creating candidate database from references

·  Other duties as required

 

We are seeking candidates who are very computer savvy with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and E-mail.  Candidates should have recruiting in their background but will consider training for the right candidate.  Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  In addition you should have the following:

 Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskProactive and positive attitudeAbility to communication with all levels of the organizationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional presentationHigh-Energy level3+ years of HR experience preferred but will consider experience in a service or administrative roleDatabase experience is preferred
