SAP Business Warehouse Project Leader

The Pratt & Whitney Business Warehouse team is seeking a permanent member to provide leadership in functional and development activities in support of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions in Pratt & Whitney.

The candidate will provide technical and personal leadership to help elevate BW services to internal Pratt & Whitney businesses with world-class reliable quality. The candidate will also provide functional leadership in managing customer requirements and their successful implementation. He/she will provide support and guidance to business users to achieve just-in-time decision-making and work closely with the rest of the Pratt & Whitney Business Intelligence Team to expand BW capability at the global enterprise level.

The candidate must have demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects, ability to achieve customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, and teamwork. The job requires passion for process improvement and analytical ability to trouble shoot issues in order to understand the root causes. The candidate needs to have a strong personal passion in IT and needs to be already on the career path of Business Warehouse.


BA/BS degree in a related field.

3+ years of functional and technical experience in SAP BW required. 5 or 6 years a plus.
Experience in Business Objects a plus.
Experience with Microsoft suite a plus (`3 Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Experience in managing BW upgrade projects a plus.
