SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK

COM DEV USA is actively searching for a motivated and skilled Accounting Clerk to join its Finance organization. Principal Accountabilities Processing all invoices, interfacing with vendors and coordinating with Purchasing and Receiving departments when necessary. Ensuring payments due are made on time. Processing of all employee expense reports and ensuring compliance with Company Expense Reimbursement Policies. Tracking and reporting fixed asset balances, including depreciation calculations and submitting required capital asset reports to parent company on a monthly basis. Prepare bank reconciliations and other general ledger accounts and other activities required to close out books on a monthly basis.Position RequirementsThe successful candidate must have two years of accounting/accounts payable experience or possess experience in a related field preferably in the aerospace industry.  The incumbent must have experience performing the following: Processing all Accounts Payable, reimbursements, and expense reports Assisting in general ledger account reconciliations as well as other general monthly accounting activities Prepare sales and use tax reporting and interfacing with vendors when procurements are tax exempt Familiarity with accounting and tax terminology Research specific tasks and tasks associate with general accounting practices. Excellent computer skills including MS Office Excel and knowledge of general office equipment. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Associate Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree preferred.
