SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

 

 

 

 

 

ATC’s Hi-Tech Aero Spares Division, a prominent provider of Supply Chain Management services to the Aero Space market is currently accepting resumes for a highly motivated and “hands on” SENIOR FINANCE MANGAER for our West Chester, Ohio location.

 

Overivew:

 

Responsible for the management and execution of day-to-day divisional Finance/Accounting functions.

 Responsibilities

 Responsible for review/analysis of monthly financial statements. Provide meaningful analysis and feedback of performance to the division president and corporate CFO.Responsible for annual budget preparation.Responsible for day-to-day financial decisions and their impact on cash flow.Lead financial review/analysis of divisional operating functions, analysis of customers/accounts, and product lines. Financial due diligence and business model development for new business and contract negotiations, including contract management.  Analyze actual performance vs. expectations.Work with systems integration and data exchange issues between ATC and customers.Participate in customer meetings and ATC senior level corporate sessions.Branch out into business development/marketing and operational issues.Development and Management of Key Performance Metrics throughout the operations.Ensure that corporate best practices such as data analysis, contract preparation and expense management are followed.

 Candidate Requirements

 

§ BS in Accounting or Finance.  Advanced degree or CPA a plus.

§ Minimum 7+ years of corporate finance experience in a senior finance or supervisory role.

§Candidate must demonstrate a high level of initiative, possess strong communication/interpersonal skills, be able to perform well under pressure and simultaneously direct multiple tasks.  

§ Strong background in Accounting/ERP Systems required.

§ Inventory, distribution and credit management experience a plus.

§ Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.

§ Strong Microsoft Office Applications background – Advanced MS Excel, MS Access skills a plus.

§ 10 – 15% travel required.

 

Position reports to Corporate CFO with responsibilities to Divisional President.
