SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Software Development Lead TYBRIN Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to lead application development efforts for one of our Mission Planning development teams located in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. He/She will be expected to quickly establish themselves on an existing cross-functional team. The current team has a consistent record of working cohesively and delivering projects on schedule at quality levels that exceed the industry averages.Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required. A Master’s degree in Software Engineering is desired. Position requirements include: • A minimum of 5 years development experience in MS C/C++/C# and .NET.• Experience working with MS Project. • A working knowledge of Earned Value measures.• Experience with software process development and improvement models. • Familiarity with current software development automated tools, including configuration management support tools, risk management tools and software quality assurance tools. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organization skills, problem solving/analytical skills, be able to multitask, follow procedures, and learn quickly. Desired capabilities include:• Experience working with the scheduling tool Primavera.• Experience with contract proposal work.• Familiarity with UNIX.• Mission Planning systems experience.US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED.
