Essential Functions Lead the development of Secure Communications (COMSEC), and Cryptographic Key Management Products. Work with NSA to reach understanding of applicable UICs for product. Develop the system security architecture and design for system. Guide the system’s detailed design and implementation in the areas of security requirement compliance. Generate or oversee the generation of relevant security documentation (TDO, TOC, FSDA, SV Plans and Procedures, etc.) Mentor system team personnel in the area of system security to develop the system organization as the recognized experts with the company. Support proposal efforts by providing cost estimates for systems tasking and proposal write-up. Function as a recognized expert within the company and custome communities, and help advance company technology business objectives. Support systems engineering tasking in non-security related areas by assisting in the development/review of plans for the system development effort. Support the generation of the conceptual system design, the system integration and test approach and system and security documentation.

AN ACTIVE (CURRENT OR WITHIN PAST 2 YEARS) U.S. GRANTED SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. TS Preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related degree in Engineering. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. Experience in High assurance and fault tolerant systems. Well versed in requirements using DOORS and development of system design using current modeling tools. Experience in Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and experience with Systems processes. Experience in Hardware Design, Software Design or Technical Project Management a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
