 Inside/Outside Sales Person– You will divide your time 70/30 between our facility and visiting our customers in person. The incumbent in this position must have the ability to listen, a desire to learn and an eagerness to succeed in this business environment.Detail-oriented individuals that enjoy "solution and value selling" approach in a team environment.

 

Responsibilities 

The person selected will be responsible for business growth with assigned accounts. Will pro-actively plan, schedule, perform outcalls to obtain new business and to manage existing customers in the commercial fleet vehicle safety market and distributors. Will take incoming customer calls, assist customers with product and pricing information and assure that all customer orders are promptly and accurately entered into the system.  Will assist customers with processing and administration of product returns to provide timely product replacement, or credit per policy and approval of management.  Will be thorough, precise and highly accurate in processing and administration, and will maintain competitive catalog files, price lists, discount schedules, special price administration, and warranty - product return records for customer order administration. Will support and develop customers through visiting existing and prospect customers.



Requirements 2 Yrs or Equiv - Sales with Pneumatic Product Preferred.Experience in customer service and providing technical support is required.Business Planning and Pro-active Telemarketing experience is a plus.Good telephone and listening skills are required.Previous experience with database management and working knowledge of MS-Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and ACT is desired.This person must be punctual, well organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in English and have excellent verbal and writing skills – Spanish, as a second language would be a bonus.Success in this position requires a desire to learn about our products.
