Secretary

Position Description:

The Analog Device Technology Group performs analog component research and development along with analog-centric subsystem development and demonstrations. Work spans such diverse disciplines as analog circuit design, materials science, microfabrication process development, RF design, advanced electronic packaging technology, and quantum and solid-state physics. Will be a key member of a dynamic and growing group. Will perform various secretarial and administrative tasks, including entering and tracking purchase requisitions; scheduling travel arrangements; word processing and presentation preparation (MS Office software); setting up and coordinating meetings; escorting visitors; maintaining an electronic calendar; and maintaining office files. Requirements:High-school graduate or equivalent with 1+ years of directly related secretarial experience. Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, a conscientious approach to work, strong organizational skills, and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. The ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks is required. Must have considerable initiative and work cooperatively in a team environment with Laboratory and sponsor personnel. Must be courteous, self-confident, and dependable. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Outlook is desired. Willing to consider part-time staffing of position.
