To apply for this position visit: http://www.dyncorprecruiting.com/ext/detail.asp?dyn1939 Position DescriptionDynCorp International, LLCSecurity ClerkJob Summary: Provides Security and administrative supportGeneral Responsibilities/Principal Accountabilities:Provides administrative support to security audits by Strategic Business UnitAssists Security Management in ensuring proper industrial security procedures are followed in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DI's policy and procedures and applicable government regulations and directives.Responsibilities May Include:Creates and maintains employee security files in accordance with government and company guidelines.Assists in the processing of proper documentation to obtain new industrial security clearance through the electronic questionnaire for investigation processing (e-Qip) Strategic Business Units.Provides administrative support that includes investigators review of personnel security files (PSF), reviews of personnel security questionnaires (PSQ) to meet government contract requirements.Creates and maintains personnel security documents in both hard copy and magnetic media.Process request for reinstatement of security clearances.Process periodic reinvestigation every 5 years and 10 years as applicable.Submits visit authorization letters to supporting agencies or companies through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) or in letter format as appropriate.Management Responsibility:NoneUSA FLSA Desgination:ExemptPhysical Requirements/Working Environment:Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.Location Specific Considerations:NoneRequired SkillsKnowledge & Skills:Knowledge of various computer programs required (ex. Word, Excel, People soft, etc.)Knowledge of industrial security law preferred.Knowledge of e-Qip preferred.Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years experience in security environment. Two (2) years experience related to security. Prefer experience to be industrial security.Education:High school education or equivalent plus some formal training.
