Security Representative
Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Job Requisition Number: Q11010 Subject should provide support to numerous projects. Candidate should provide physical/technical security support to include X07/X09 locks, alarms, safes, badging of employees, issuance of FOBs, etc. Candidate should respond to suite and SCIF alarms (on-call once a month for a week at a time, could be more due to PTO schedules). Candidate should be responsible for all incoming and outgoing visit certs. Candidate will prepare, submit and track security clearances via JPAS, ACAVS and other government channels for initial and reinvestigation cases. Candidate will pre-screen new hire and initial case candidates. Candidate should be familiar with COMSEC regulations, DIAS, and be capable of performing duties as COMSEC Custodian. Assist with new hire orientation and annual security refresher briefings. Position requires interface with government customers as well as internal customers, BAE Systems managers, and other Corporate offices. Candidate will attend project all hands meetings. Must Have the Following: U.S. Citizen Hardware: PC. Software: Microsoft Products, EPSQ, eQIP, ACAVS, DIAS. Educational: 6+ Years with HS or 3+ Years with AA or 0+ Years with BS. Functional: Stong written and verbalcommunication skills. Working Knowledge of DoD NISPOM, M-1, DCIDs, COMSEC regulations. Local travel is required, with the possibility of some CONUS travel. Candidate should also be able to work independently and identify/solve issues needing attention. Candidate should work well in a team environment. Should have experience briefing one-on-one as well as large groups.Prefer to Have the Following: Software: Access Commander.
