Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Job Requisition Number: Q10952 Responsible for the overall operation of the Visitor Control Office and Badging. Serves as alternate COMSEC custodian. Reviews visit certifications for approval and maintain active access rosters. Badge and brief new employees and out-process exiting employees. Assists with the development of Security Standard Operating Procedures and awareness documents. Provides assistance with the self inspection program and DIA inspections to ensure compliance with DCID, NISPOM, M1, and DOD directives. Point of contact for all conferences, distinguished visits, foreign national visits, and BAE - IAC tours. Maintains security databases and conducts annual, refresher, and conference security briefs. Regularly interacts with clients to provide customer service. Has proficiency with JPAS, WISE, X-Ray equipment, Magnetometer, X-09 locks, GSA safes and other security tools. Assists with training of new employees and cross training of security colleagues. Must Have the Following: US Citizen.
