Senior ATE / Test Engineer
You will design, develop new, and maintain existing, automated and manually operated test equipment for use in testing Spacecraft Control Electronics (SCE) and Power flight hardware. Essential Functions of the job: Design and develop test methods and systems to support SCE and Power Products. Generate specifications & engineering plans for test equipment development and maintenance. Develop and maintain test software using Lab Windows/CVI, LabView, and C, C++. Evaluate test results and provide detailed reports of the results. Provide recommendations based on findings of test result evaluations. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems & test failures. Troubleshoot, analyze data trending, failure analysis, perform overstress analysis, and root case analysis. Provide input to technical reports on specific test requirements. Provide test equipment design, test software development, test procedure development. Minimum Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience designing, developing, operating test systems. Five years of C++, Lab Windows/CVI, LabView working experience. Good written & verbal communication skills.
