Senior Aircraft Data & Contracts Analyst

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Manage Reserve Claim Reimbursement Process
• Review initial claim from airline customers and assess required timing and specific issues to be addressed
• Extract relevant sections from lease contracts and attach to claims
• Coordinate and oversee review of claim by technical department and contracts department ensuring that all relevant issues are addressed
• Report results of claim review to accounting and treasury departments and arrange for claim payment
• Track results relative to the customer contract

Forecast Aircraft Cost Cashflows
• Gather and analyze information from technical department reports, meetings and daily interaction
• Project the timing and magnitude of aircraft maintenance and repairs
• Report results to accounting and treasury departments

Other Projects
• As needed projects to review the technical aspects of aircraft leasing and identify their contract and financial impacts or other accounting and finance projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree
Advanced degree in business or law, or aviation related education preferred but not required
Aviation industry experience or knowledge required
Contract review experience preferred
3+ years general business experience
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
